Vivian Chang is a digitally native marketing executive who has built multi-channel digital strategies for some of the fastest growing consumer companies. With over 15 years in e-commerce, retail, and analytics, Vivian leads by leveraging technical expertise, strategic thinking and a passion for attribution complexities.

She has been lauded by colleagues for her mindful leadership style and calming presence, which she attributes to her focus on wellness, as well as the laid back hospitality of her Austin Texas roots. 

Vivian is frequently called upon by media and industry-leading organizations to speak on the state of marketing, and to advocate to fellow business leaders on the importance of balancing performance and brand. She is currently the VP of Growth for the DTC group at The Clorox Company. She leads marketing strategies and programs with a data driven approach as part of an agile team that launches and grows a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands under the Fortune 500 CPG company.

Vivian previously served as the Senior Director of Marketing at Plated, a subscription meal kit company, overseeing multi-channel marketing and analytics. She also led RetailMeNot’s efforts to grow traffic and loyal users for the U.S. brand, launching the mobile app and driving 1M+ downloads in the first year for the online shopping discount hub.
